I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do have any complaints, please contact me within seven days of delivery, and your concerns will be dealt with as promptly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied, a full refund will normally be issued on the return of faulty goods (please retain proof of posting). Please note that for reasons of hygiene, I cannot accept the return of masks, or offer refunds, once they have been worn.
